Carole Lyles Shaw, is a consultant working in organizational change, leadership and management development, teambuilding and strategic human resources planning. Her clients include the Deutsche bank, the World Bank, Potomac Electric Power Company, the District of Columbia Government, Goddard Space Flight Center, and major associations, non-profit groups and others. In addition, she is a frequent presenter, workshop leader and writer on leadership, emotional intelligence and other topics. Her past speaking engagements include the Virginia State SHRM annual conference, the Washington DC Black Human Resources Network Annual conference, the Non-Profit HR Conference and the Leadership Forum of the National MultiCultural Institute conference.

	Prior to her career as an external consultant, Carole served as a Human Resources Executive for Citicorp and other firms. Carole teaches in the graduate programs at Johns Hopkins University, Georgetown University and American University. She received an MBA from Columbia University and is pursuing doctoral work at the University of Southern California. Carole is also a studio artist working in textiles and mixed media and brings her passion for creative expression into her consulting work.
	After determining the specific needs of each client, we select a team of experienced Senior Consultants. Our consultants have several years of experience in the private and public sectors, and bring a comprehensive knowledge of their area of expertise. Their goal is to provide innovative and pragmatic solutions to our clients' problems. Consultants assigned to a project are drawn from in-house staff and a national network of experienced management consultants and trainers. All consultants hold advanced degrees and certifications in their fields, and have several years of internal and external consulting and management experience.
